Dearly loved husband of Kerri-Lee, loved father of Lotima, Mele, Lexie-Ray, Pippa and Robbi, loved son of Maliana *and Lotima* and all the Apolosi extended family. Loved son-in-law of Dianne and Brian* Robertson. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Cheryl and Paul Robertson and loved uncle of Charli, and Franki. You will always hold a special place in our hearts” A service to celebrate Junior’s life will be held at Wakatipu High School Auditorium, 47/49 Red Oaks Drive, Queenstown, on Saturday, 10 October at 12.30pm. Family warmly invite you to stay and join them thereafter for lite refreshments, before leaving for private interment at Queenstown Cemetery, Cemetery Road. Peacefully at Southland Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on Monday, October 5, 2026 aged 85 years.  Beloved husband of Lorraine for 61 years: loved Dad and father-in-law of Janice and Brett Cordes, Allison and Mark Shirley, Warren and Susan; loved Pop of Sarah and Connor,  Caitlyn and Lucas; Ashley and David Mackay, Raquel and Rory Gould; and loved Pop Chrissy of Ryan and Rubina, Lily, Kate, and Will Mackay, Parker, and Lucy Gould.  A Memorial service to celebrate the life of Roger will be held in the Southern Funeral Home Chapel, 106 Hokonui Drive, Gore on Monday, October 12, at 2.00pm followed by a cuppa.
