Unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, aged 70 years. Beloved husband and best friend of Corina for 45 years, cherished father and father-in-law of Reece and Aleisha, Daniel and Emma, loved and respected Poppa of Jacob, Mason; and Theo. A service to celebrate Murray's life will be held in Millers Flat Hall, 1665 Teviot Road, Millers Flat, on Thursday, May 21, at 1.30pm, followed by private cremation. Sunrise 9/9/1958 – Sunset 14/5/2026.
Died peacefully at Southland Hospital. Loved son of the late Len and Marg Gaudin. Brother and brother-in-law of Alan* and Christine, Janice Eason, Lynette Potter, Robert and Noelene, David * and Lyn, Heather* and Tom Hackett, Stephen* and Barry. Also loved uncle of his nieces and nephews and his Idea Service family who added so much to his life. Also thank you to the dedicated staff in the Medical Ward who cared for him in his last weeks. KEOWN, Michael Allen (Mike):
Passed away peacefully on Thursday 14th  May 2026; aged 68 years. Much loved husband of Heather. Loving father of Teresa and Joseph, Marcus and Vina, and stepdad to Rebecca, Sarah, and Nic. Loved Poppa of Anthia, and Athena; Aisha; Georgia, and Madeline and future baby girl; and Imogen, and Otis. Dearly loved son of Len* and Dale*, Ian* and Jean*. Treasured brother of Russell*, Gwenda, Colleen, Jamie*, Niall, and Jayne. Uncle of Greg, Shane, and Angela; Tim, and Vanessa; and Tarryn, Sam, and Fraser. A memorial service to celebrate Mike’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street Invercargill, on Wednesday 20 May at 2.00pm. VAN DER SCHUIT, Poi:
Mum passed away peacefully at Southland hospital on Monday 11 May 2026, surrounded by her loving family; Aged 91 years.   Finally reunited with her late husband Feike.  Poi was the beloved mother and mother-in-law of Bill, Peter and Lynn*, Verena, Ruth and Mintie. Loved by all her Grandkids. Her gentle spirit will be deeply missed by her family and her darling Lexi, who had a special place in her heart.
