Deveron Street: The foul sewer is being replaced between Don Street and Esk Street, on the western side of the road. The northbound lane of Deveron Street is closed between Esk Street and Don Street, with temporary traffic management in place. Work on this section is expected to be complete by the end of next week, weather permitting. The project is expected to be complete by early December.

Temporary closures affect access from Jackson and Mary streets. Stormwater work is expected to finish by Christmas, with watermain work starting in January 2027.
Dublin Street: Sewer pipe upgrades in Windsor begin with pipe replacement on Dublin St from Monday 2 November 2026, starting at the intersection of Dublin St and St Andrew St and move north. The first traffic management set-up will be a lane shift on St Andrew St, with the road closure of the north section of Dublin St. Once work is complete at the intersection, the south block of Dublin St will shift to a road closure. That road closure will be in place until December.
Wachner Place: Paving improvements begin Monday 2 November and are expected to be completed before Christmas. The work involves lifting and relaying existing paving to match paving placed earlier this year. Work areas will be fenced off with limited pedestrian access.
