Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Southland Hospital on Thursday, 19th June. Dearly loved and adored husband of Louisa for 63 years. Loved and appreciated father of Peter and Noel. Treasured grandfather of Lana and Adam. A private cremation has been held, and a memorial service for Allan will be held on Tuesday, 22nd July, at the Vintage Car Club, 46 Ariki Ave, Otatara, Invercargill, commencing at 1.30 pm. DAVIES, Jock David Grant (Jocko):
Following a tragic accident on July 5, 2025. Loved son of Sarah and Peter, loved younger brother of George and Becky, Tom and Dotty. Beloved grandson of Ann and Brian, Ros and the late Butch Faulks. Touching many other lives as a nephew, cousin and mate to many. A service to celebrate Jock’s life will be held at the West Otago Community Centre, 1 Suffolk Street, Tapanui on Monday July 14, 2025, at 1.00pm, followed by a private family interment at the Tapanui cemetery. MORGAN, Roa Barbara Agnes:
Daughter of the late Charles and Margaret Port. Loved wife of Ray Morgan* Loved Mum and Nana of Barrie, Sean, and Joel. Roa passed away peacefully in the loving care of the excellent team at Ascot Care Home on Wednesday, 9th July, surrounded by those who loved her. In her 92nd Year. Cherished sister and sister-in-law of John* and Margaret Sutton, Allan* Morgan, Kenand Dawn Morgan, Noel Morgan, June Bevan, Muriel and Mervin* Waters, Valerie, Lynnand Wayne Calderwood, Elaineand Hemi* Lamatoa and a special Aunty to all her nieces and nephews. ROONEY, Denis Philip (Mick):
Peacefully at Southland Hospital on Tuesday, 8 July 2025, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Gloria. Loved father and father-in-law of Tony & Karla, Tracey, Karen & Phil Forde, Phil & Camille, Lyn & Robbie Bell, and Chris & Teneka. Dearly loved grandad and great grandad of all his grand and great grandchildren.
