HARRINGTON, Frances Mary (née Plunkett):
Passed away peacefully in her sleep at Vickery Court, Invercargill, on Saturday, 16th August 2025, aged 83 years. Beloved wife of Wally. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Raymond and Vickey (Twizel), Tony and Chandra (Winton), Derek and Justine (Brisbane), Andrew and Mary (Te Anau). Treasured grandmother of Matthew and Danielle, Ryan and Mikie; Leon, the late Sage, and Lara; Luke, Caleb, Josh, Holly, and Josh, Blake; Alyssa, Max, Jessica, and Andrew. Adored great-grandmother of Charlie, Hugo, Ruby, Alexia, and Bjorn. A dear sister, sister-in-law, and aunt to her nieces and nephews.
The family extends heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff at Vickery Court for their loving care of Frances.
A service to celebrate Frances will be held at the Lakeside Presbyterian Church, 112 Te Anau Terrace, Te Anau, on Friday, 22nd August 2025 at 1:00 PM, followed by burial at Lynwood Cemetery.
