Passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side at Resthaven, on Saturday July 19, 2025. Aged 92 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Melvyn, loved mother of Lynette and Rex Affleck, and the late Trevor, loved Nana of Regan, and Tracy. Loved Nana Gladys of Seth. Loved sister, sister-in-law and Aunty of all her extended family. A service to celebrate the life of Avelyn will be held at the Edendale Christian Activity Centre, George Street, on Wednesday, July 23 at 1.30pm, followed by refreshments before the interment.
