Passed peacefully on Monday, 14 April 2025, at Southland Hospital, aged 91 years, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly beloved wife of Graeme*, much loved mother, mother-in-law and Taua of; John, Robynn and Hugo, Jude and Des, Nadia, Fred, Mekenzie, Pyper, Karl, Fiona, Hendrix, Zachary, Suzie, Paige, Levi. Gone too soon, our rock, our hero, our protector passed 23/04/2025, aged 59 years. Loved Husband and Soulmate of Stephanie. Adored father of the late Hannah, Niamh and Cameron, Abigail and Jacob. Much cherished wife of the late Alan Starling, dearly loved Mum and mother-in-law of Moira and John Spicer (Kaka Point), Lorna Starling and Charlie Brown (Invercargill) and mother-in-law of Michael Gilbert (Nelson). Treasured Gran of Deb and Richard Quested, Rachel and David Baird, Jono and Soon-Lee Spicer, Matt and Kelly Gilbert, Liv and James McFelin and her 12 great-grandchildren.
