Peacefully on April 13 2025. Aged 92. Treasured husband of Sylvia. Loved Dad and Father-in-law of Allan, Vicki and John. Special Grandad of Jason and Michelle, Toni, Iain and Caitlin, Kieran (deceased), and Ryan. Loved Pop of Jaxon, Max, Keira, Flynn, Harry and Theodore. Thanks to Hospice, District Nurses and Carers in John's last years. A service to celebrate John's life will be held at Holy Trinity Church, King Street on Thursday 17 April at 1.30 pm. Peacefully with her loved ones by her side on April 14, 2025 at Gore hospital. Dearly loved partner of the late Tony Spanbroek, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Melissa and Brendon Mason, Pania and Ray Sciascia, adored Nan of Chevy; Shelby, Coupe, Marcello, and Ripeka, much loved aunty of her nieces and nephews and her extended family. It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lynn Evans (Tipuna) of Invercargill. Lynn passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on Saturday 12 April 2025. Dearly loved wife of Barry. A much loved daughter of Pat and Mick Tipuna. Mama of Moana, Marc, Jamie, Teia, Lloyd, Jude, and Karissa. Much loved grandma of Rawiri, Te Ariki, Mahine, Ari, Sunny, Max, and Annabell.
