DENNIS, Tony (Anthony George):
It is with great sadness the family of Tony (Anthony) Dennis of Woodlands, announce after a lengthy battle with cancer he has passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family on Saturday 30 August at 86 years of age. Much loved husband of Sharon, Father to Mark, Gavin, Lucinda, Robert and Hayden and will be a sorely missed Grandfather. A big thank you to Hospice Southland for their support, and in lieu of flowers please make a donation to Hospice Southland in Tony's name.

Requiem Mass will be celebrated in St Theresa of Lisieux Church, 40 Perth Street, Invercargill on Thursday 4 September 2025 at 1pm. A private interment at Woodlands Cemetery will follow.

Our mum has finally been reunited with our dad, Jimmy the love of her life on Friday August 29, 2025, at Radius Fulton Home, Dunedin. Dearly loved wife (Coral) of James MacGregor Ramsay, treasured and respected mum and Coralie of Shona (Wellington); Marie and Denis Knight (Gore), Hemi, Jo and Ana (Balclutha); Greg, Lynley, Jackson (Owaka), and Neave (Dunedin); Jane and Jeff King (Alexandra), Ryan, and Rebekah (Melbourne).

WILLIAMS, Peter Francis Bell:
Peacefully on Saturday 30 August 2025 at Southland Hospice, aged 81 years, surrounded by his loving wife and family. Devoted husband of Jan, loved father and father in-law of Greg and Linda, Mark and Amelia (Milkie). Besotted grandfather to Beau, Joe, Javis, Tammy, Ardie, and Emily. Oldest child of the late Philip and Jean Williams. Loved brother and brother in-law of Derek and Ha, Pip and Simon, Chrissie, Tim, Susan and Selwyn, Paula and George, John and Jude, Patrick and Jayne. Peter loved and was loved by a very large extended family. Peter had many friends in the horse racing, bowling and Rotary communities. Our family would like to extend their appreciation and heartfelt gratitude to all the medical staff who supported Peter, particularly the staff at Hospice Southland in his final days. A service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held in the Avenal Park Chapel, 75 Fox Street, Invercargill on Friday 5 September at 10.00am, followed by a private cremation.
