With heavy hearts we share the passing of Mum, who passed away at Southland Hospice on Sunday 12 April, aged 85 years; with her loving family at her side. Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Shirley* and Arthur, Elizabeth, Gordon*, Trevor and Desrae. Much loved partner of Graham for 32 years. Adored Nan of James, Israel, Samantha, Janez, Mathias, Ian, Axel, Lachlan, and Grace. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Carl*, Ruth*, Norman* and Lesley, Nalda and Norman*. Loved friend to the Watkinson Family. A celebration of Marion’s life will be held at the Riverton R.S.A, 141 Palmerston Street, on Saturday 18 April at 11.00am. Private cremation to follow. Of Dunback, formerly Gore. Dearly loved soulmate and wife of Wayne Fraser (Dooley), devoted mother of Corbyn and Ava, and stepmother of Josh. Loved daughter of Donny and Cheryl McDougall, loved sister to Scott and Grace, and Jayde and Vera. Proud Auntie to Piper, Lucy, Owen, Bear and Woody. A Memorial service for Carley will be held in the Palmerston Sports Hall, 33 Gilligan Street, Palmerston, on Friday, April 17, 2026 at 2.00pm. ROGERSON, Mary:
Passed into the presence of her Saviour on Sunday, April 12, 2026, at Dunedin Hospital, surrounded by her loved ones. Dearly loved wife of the late Gordon, loved step-mum of Ruth Tumohe, and Maryanne and Noel Symons. Loved Grandma of her 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Mary's life will be held at Campbell and Sons, 95 Gordon Road, Mosgiel, 1.00pm, on Thursday, April 16. SCOTT, Dianna:
Passed away at Invercargill Hospital on Monday, April 13, 2026. Much loved and loving wife of Michael. Cherished sister of Stuart. Proud and adored mum of Stacey, Lex, Rory, Jessika, Hollee, Roberta, and Kassadee. A treasured nan to many, who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Dianna lived a colourful life, full of love, laughter, and strength, leaving behind countless memories that will be held close forever. A service to celebrate her life will be held at the Waiau Town and Country Club at 1.00pm on Thursday, April 16, with refreshments to follow.
