Police Seek Witnesses to Fatal Allanton Crash

Police are seeking witnesses to a fatal crash at Allanton yesterday evening.

One person died at the scene after a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Highway 1 and Law Road just before 5.40pm.

Senior Sergeant Nathan White of Southern District Police said investigators want to hear from anyone who witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage.

"We would like to thank those members of the public who stopped to help those involved before emergency services arrived," White said.

"We'd like to hear from anyone we haven't yet spoken to who may have witnessed the crash, or who has dashcam footage of the incident."
